We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant in Los Olivos, California. This position is a full-time temp to hire role with hours from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, and the pay scale is $22 to $24 an hour. If you are qualified and interested, submit your resume now!

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist with accounts payable and receivable data entry.
· Assist HR Department in onboarding process for new employees.
· Review and entry of timecards.
· Customer service support.
· Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 2 years admin/clerical experience in construction/landscape or related field preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Strong Excel skills)
- Ability to move up to 40lbs.
- Basic accounting/payroll knowledge.
