· Pump Rental Equipment -Rents pumps and water treatment equipment used in general dewatering, pipeline testing, and municipal applications.
· Dewatering Services - Provides turnkey dewatering services utilized in the construction of commercial buildings, pipeline integrity digs, and installation of new utility infrastructure.
JOB SUMMARY: Griffin Dewatering, LLC, (Griffin) is seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative (I SR) to join our rapidly growing Specialty Group covering Houston Texas territory. We rent and sell pump equipment used on, but not limited to, pipeline maintenance and hydrostatic testing, oil and gas water transfer, municipal and sewer bypass pumping, and general dewatering projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Inside Sales Representative to grow their career in a fast-paced environment. The ISR will be primarily responsible driving new business, retaining and maintaining current customers, quoting and proposal generation to hit monthly sales goals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Generates and develops new business to meet specified growth goals and drive revenue
· Maintains existing client relationships while practicing solution-based sales
· Respond to all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
·Prepare accurate and timely quotes and follow ups for pump rentals, sewer bypass systems, and associated equipment.
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations teams to develop customized solutions and pricing structures for complex projects
·Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional projects to enhance team effectiveness and achieve organizational goals.
· Provides rental and sales quotes and follows up
· Plans and manages book of business in the most efficient way to maximize calls and drive revenue
· Understands and communicates information regarding current company products to our clients while listening for new opportunities
· Ensures that all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted timely
· Performs other related duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
· At least 3-5 years of proven inside sales experience, technical sales, or customer service role, preferably in the dewatering, rental, or pump industry
Background preferred, familiarity with pipeline hydrostatic testing, and hydraulic design is a plus
· Strong new business development and customer relations/retention skills are a must
· Ability to prospect new customers through proactive lead generation.
· Have excellent oral and written communication skills
· Have excellent business presentation skills
· Proficiency in basic computer skills and applications
· Efficient time management skills and utilizing CRM a must
·Willingness to travel occasionally to customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
· Must be team oriented.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Office Suite
· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and 100lbs with assistance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
