The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will support the processes and operations of the Global TA Organization, including the managed services and staffing teams. You will ensure data quality, be able to troubleshoot system issues, manage TA programs, and will develop and generate reports, etc. This position reports to the Manager of Global Talent Acquisition Operations and Programs.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Have a comprehensive understanding of our Talent Acquisition tools, systems, applications, and processes
- Be a system administrator, as well as provide support for other Talent Acquisition systems
- Able to represent as an ATS System Administrator in business meetings
- Manage and maintain internal TA programs
- Assist with generating, developing, and maintaining reports for the business
- Assist with developing and documenting department process guides
- Will need to understand company and client background criteria and have basic knowledge of state and global laws
- Respond to general TA inquiries and be able to direct to the right person/department if needed
- Be able to deliver systems or process training within TA, as well as to the greater business
- Process or renew Fixed-Term or Temporary employment contracts
- Regularly collaborate and meet with other departments that TA may have an impact on
- Work individually or as part of a team to complete deliverables
- Adhoc projects as they arise
What You Will Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience with Talent Acquisition operations or coordination
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong proficiency with various applicant tracking systems; a strong preference for system administrator experience with Taleo
- Proficient skills with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Data and time management skills with passion for troubleshooting
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while paying strong attention to detail
- Experience communicating with all levels of an organization
- Must be able to switch gears quickly and operate in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Driven and creative self-starter with passion to go above and beyond and takes pride in their work
- High level of integrity and confidentiality to support the critical nature of the Global Talent Acquisition Team
Estimated Pay Range: The estimated pay range for this position is USD $24.51/Hr. - USD $35.00/Hr. and is a Non-Exempt role.
