Position Overview: We are looking for a creative and driven individual who can effectively manage our social media channels, create engaging content that resonates with our target audience, and build strategic partnerships with influencers to promote our products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media marketing, a keen eye for design, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy and Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Create compelling content (including but not limited to images, videos, and copy) for various platforms such as Instagram, and TikTok
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy, and implement best practices.
- Influencer Outreach and Relationship Management:
- Identify and research potential influencers and brand ambassadors whose values align with our brands
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, bloggers, and key opinion leaders to amplify brand messaging and increase product visibility.
- Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring deliverables are met and partnerships are mutually beneficial.
- Content Creation and Campaign Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to create content that showcases our products in a visually appealing and informative manner.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and contests to engage our audience and drive traffic to our online platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and social media metrics to optimize content and improve engagement rates.
- Community Engagement and Customer Service:
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and inquiries, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a sense of community among our followers by encouraging user-generated content and meaningful interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management and influencer marketing, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences, including algorithm changes and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while adhering to deadlines.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for houseware products and consumer trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
