Branch Office Administrator
Southern Protection Agency is the security and traffic control expert., We are currently seeking a full-time Office Administrator that is looking to grow with us.
We are proud to offer a $18.00 - $25.00 depending on experience and hour weekly pay and full benefits for this position. PAID WEEKLY
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE!
Our corporate office is in Villa Rica, GA. but we operate over the span of 6 states. If you are someone who likes working with people, projects a professional demeanor, has strong organizational skills, and is knowledgeable and capable of completing a variety of tasks in support of the corporate office we would love for you to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- The office administrator supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
- 40% Sales
- Hiring and onboarding new traffic and security employees for the assigned region.
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, assisting payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of certain records.
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, and following up on work results.
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
- Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and
planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures,
analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Two to three years of experience in an office setting manager
