Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients as a trusted liaison
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Identify opportunities for business development and upselling to existing clients
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to clients
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and meet sales targets
- Technical sales experience is a plus
