We are a small, family centered private practice that prides itself on providing quality services to the Ballard community and beyond. We primarily serve families of children ages 18 months through 10 years. Our mission is to partner with families and caregivers to ensure quality speech and language therapy that helps children reach their full communication potential while also providing therapists with a flexible, creative, and relationship based working environment where they can thrive.
This particular position is for a part time speech and language pathologist with opportunity to move to full time. This position is for an SLP who is looking for autonomy, flexibility, and values family centered and play based therapy.

Responsibilities:
- conduct initial and ongoing assessments
- update and create comprehensive treatment plans
- provide caregiver coaching and support
- Find innovative ways to work with families to make speech therapy fun, effective, and engaging
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Licensed SLP in WA state
- Able to lift 35 pounds and get on and off the floor easily
- Experience in child led play, DIRFloortime, gestalt language processing, and Chilhood Apraxia of Speech preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $48.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
