We are looking for an inside Customer Service Rep to help maintain and expand our growing customer base. This will be a full time position. The ideal candidate will to be on the phone and must have a great upbeat personality on and off the phone. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with placing orders, resolving order-related inquiries, and providing support throughout the order fulfillment process. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our clientele.
The hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00AM -5:00PM and the dress code is business casual. We have a great group of people here who work hard and play hard. How you will contribute:
- Call existing accounts to maintain customer relations, tell customers about new products and specials. If you can’t reach them on the phone, follow up with an email.
- Back up for order processing, specifically, accurate input of order details into the system, ensuring completeness and correctness of information.
- Assist with Freight procedures and booking.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and solicit feedback to improve service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details in the database.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with product questions, take orders, upsell and ask for reviews.
- Always build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Work collectively with sales team members and co-workers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or order processing roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Proficiency in using computer systems (Outlook, Excel, Word and CRM) software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Must be dependable, neat, organized and pays close attention to details.
