Orthodontic office seeking an Assistant Office Manager to become a part of our team! We are a modern orthodontic practice seeking the right person who believes in culture, process and excellence.

This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Complete all reports as directed, under the direction and responsibility of the Office Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee team members
- Manage team meetings and office huddles
- Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
- Oversee all inventory, supply ordering, and documents all operational expenses
- Manages daily operations of the facility which includes daily decision making, patient interactions, scheduling, forecasting, and paying operational bills
- The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
- Monitor KPIs
- Help support office related marketing
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service
- Dental or Orthodontic Experience
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
