Silverlake Smiles is a brand new dental office located in Silver Lake with the opening date scheduled for late July. We are starting our hiring process and are very excited to build a strong team to treat our patients.
Treatment Coordinator:

Duties and Responsibilities of the Dental Treatment & Patient Coordinator are to work closely with the doctor and team to assure that all the business aspects of the practice are functioning in an orderly and proficient manner. Our ideal candidate has comfort and experience presenting a variety of treatment plans. You will help make quality dentistry financially available by communicating with patients regarding their treatment plan, help find the best way to finance the recommended treatment and make appropriate financial arrangements with patients. This includes assisting dentist and supporting entire dental team with a CAN DO attitude.
Qualifications Include:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Dental as a Treatment Coordinator
- Expert on dental software, treatment planning, and financial arrangements such as financing.
- Advanced speaking and presentation abilities
- Manages problems and patient complaints in a timely manner by acting as a liaison between patients, staff and doctors. Researches and resolves the matter(s) elegantly
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
- Leads team meetings and huddles based on what is going great and what needs improvement
- Committed to HIGH quality patient care
