About Visionary Care Thoughtful Engagement® Program
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Our Thoughtful Engagement® program is a personalized activity program for seniors designed to enhance quality of life through social enrichment, personal connection, and ample amounts of fun. We work with each client to create a customized engagement plan based on personal preferences, strengths, and limitations. These personalized plans include both in-home visits/activities and special outings of our clients’ choosing. We provide the program’s services regardless of diagnosis, disease progression or activity level. We serve clients living in private home, group homes, assisted living, and long-term care facilities.
THOUGHTFUL
In order to make our clients’ individual interests and goals come alive, we manage all arrangements so that every activity can be enjoyed without worry. We move beyond traditional senior activities to provide engagement opportunities that are fun, creative, thoughtful, and specially tailored to the individual. From the whimsical to the practical, we devise and identify activities to enrich the client’s life.
ENGAGING
A trip down memory lane over lunch. A handmade birthday card for a grandchild. A well-curated collection of baseball cards. A thriving indoor garden. Our goal is to nurture, inspire, and continuously explore that which brings each client joy. We draw from our extensive expertise working with seniors to create an activity plan that is fun, personally meaningful, and truly engaging.
CUSTOMIZED
Our personalized, one-to-one service model allows us to meet individual needs at every point along life’s journey. We work with all levels of mobility, cognition, memory, and overall health. Our program is especially helpful to individuals affected by neurocognitive disorders such as Alzheimer’s, dementia, and Parkinson’s disease. Even after we have identified activities that resonate with each client, our search for enrichment opportunities remains ongoing.
PERSONAL
Designed for activity enthusiasts and stoic sages alike, our individualized program offers something for everyone. We honor your journey. We appreciate your history. We care about your story, and we incorporate this belief into every one of the activities and interactions.'
