QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:
- A bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or the equivalent in relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial role as well as in professional business environment.
- Extensive knowledge of business management, budget, human resources, and analysis.
- Experience in developing and abiding by a budget.
- Aptitude and desire to continue learning new things.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 7:30pm with occasional Saturdays.

RESPONSIBILITIES – HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE VISION include the following, but are not limited to:
- Provide general metric analysis assistance to the company in regards to warehousing; products cost per square foot, quarterly inventory turns, shelving configuration, etc.
- Develop and maintain budgets for P&L on logistics.
- Generates a variety of documents, reports, and records to support Leadership with decision making metrics.
- Analyze performance metrics, creating actionable plans to ensure company goals and objectives are achieved, the facility
is operating efficiently, and corrective and preventative actions are created and implemented when necessary.
- Manage to Company Standards including but not limited to, Picking/Checking UPH, Shipping PPH, Picking Accuracy, Checking Accuracy, and Attendance.
- Identify bottlenecks in the order fulfillment process and implement and communicate solutions and improvements.
- Leverage data and forecasting analysis to help guide decision making.
- Direct all processes within the Distribution Center such as receiving incoming freight, inventory, purchasing, stocking, picking, checking, shipping, returns, etc.
- Participate in the safety committee.
- Support Distribution personnel as needed in receiving, picking, packing, checking, shipping.
- Assists in effectively researching, tracking, and resolving (or properly referring) warehouse problems and discrepancies.
- Maintains regular contact with other departments to obtain and convey information.
- Manage Distribution Team Leads and Operations Managers and support them with day-to-day tasks, issues, and projects.
- Lead weekly Distribution Team Lead meetings and leverage their expertise to support Distribution process enhancements.
- Attends and participates in meetings as required.
- Improve processes to ensure warehouse optimization.
- Manage all Distribution related projects and create and execute timelines
- Operate as the primary IT liaison for all things in the DC or under Distribution.
- Manage vendor relations that affect all Distribution needs.
- Ensures that work area is clean, secure, ergonomically pleasant, and well maintained.
- Engage in various activities as directed by your Manager not limited to i.e. picking, packing, checking, wrapping, shipping, inventory, receiving, back-orders and loading and securing shipments
- Other duties as assigned.

- Budgetary conscious efforts to ensure warehouse optimization.
- Fulfillment Center metrics including UPH, PPH, Accuracy, and total packages shipped.
- Orders processed and fulfilled efficiently and accurately to offer quick fulfillment to our Accounts.

- Continuous improvement of individual, team and operational performance.
- Ensuring order fulfillment is done safely and efficiently.

IMPROVING THE SYSTEM
All Fait Associates are responsible for documenting and fixing problems within the system. In addition, this role is responsible for improvement project participation, planning, communicating and implementing solutions where possible.
PERSONAL IMPROVEMENT
Fait will provide resources and support, relevant to the position, for education and training as needed. It is the Associate’s responsibility to seek approval, schedule and participate in education and/or training that will prepare him/her for present and future needs. A post training recap may be required.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
