The Telecommunications Sales Associate serves as the face of our company and strives to establish brand recognition for our valued clients. We are seeking a creative Telecommunications Sales Associate who is determined to think outside the box when contributing to our trailblazing marketing and sales campaigns. Telecommunications Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing and sales campaigns and engage with customers in a given territory to drive brand visibility for our clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Conduct product presentations to educate customers on the products and services offered by our clients
- Oversee customer accounts and discreetly handle confidential information
- Collaborate with other Telecommunications Sales Associates to track campaign data and achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment by providing mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback to fellow Telecommunications Sales Associates
Telecommunications Sales Associate Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to think creatively and contribute new ideas to the marketing and sales team
- Excited to interact with clients, customers, and team members
- Comfortable overturning objections and negotiating sales contracts
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or sales is a huge plus!
- High school diploma or GED is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $850.00 - $1,200.00 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
