- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years’ experience in call center management required.
- Work Schedule: Availability Monday to Friday with rotations for Saturday and on-call coverage.
- Manage Schedule: Be available 40+ hours weekly, with potential weekend coverage during heating season.
- Travel Requirements: Some travel will be required as part of the role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
