**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Leadership and Team Development:**

2. **Sales Strategy and Performance:**

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic business decisions.
- Proficiency in dealership management software and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
