```Duties```
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning teeth, scaling, and polishing
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Conduct oral cancer screenings
- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral health care recommendations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using dental software (Dentrix)
- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment
```Requirements```
- Valid state dental hygiene license
- Knowledge of medical imaging techniques and equipment
- Familiarity with pediatric dental care and techniques
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
