Growing medical office seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our patients via phone in Plantation. This position requires a candidate who is enthusiastic about interacting and helping people.
Position Responsibilities:
- Professionally and efficiently answer scheduling related questions in a fast paced environment
- Filter and dispatch calls to proper departments.
- Evaluating if further information or instruction is needed.
- Demonstrate superior customer service skills with the ability to take ownership in assisting, researching and resolving customer issues.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Efficiently manage customer calls and software applications.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
- Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic
- High School diploma or G.E.D
- Clear, distinct oral and written communication skills
- Excellent data entry and internet navigation skills
- Health care industry experience (optional)

Pay: $13.50 - $16.00 per hour
