**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our team. This role includes assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions to support clients in achieving their mental health goals. The QMHP works collaboratively with other healthcare providers, community resources, and support networks to ensure proper care.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions
- Provide clinical counseling services to clients (individual, group, or family)
- Utilize telehealth platforms for remote counseling sessions
- Perform assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Advocate for clients’ needs within the healthcare system and community
**Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, etc.)
- State licensure or certification as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
- Previous experience in a mental health setting is preferred.
- Experience working with diverse populations and addressing gender-related issues
