Job Summary - In-Person 4 days/week in Alpharetta, GA
CADY’s Talent Acquisition Manager is a key people leader, owning the entire functioning of recruiting and hiring. This individual is an extreme go-getter, passionate about process improvement, can work collaboratively across all levels of the organization, highly organized, detail-oriented and has a get-it-done attitude. Above all, this team member must drive for results and excellence.
This individual is responsible for collaborating with business leaders to develop recruitment strategies and activities to proactively source and attract top talent in the market. This individual will manage the full-lifecycle recruitment, hiring and onboarding process from requisition to retention in alignment with the company strategy and culture, for both a 1,000+ person workforce comprised of full-time, part-time, and seasonal team members. This individual is responsible for developing and implementing pro-active sourcing, attraction, selection, workforce planning and candidate assessment strategies to cultivate a qualified candidate talent pool.
Top 5 Responsibilities
1. Own full-cycle recruiting for CADY’s workforce, with a concentration in high-volume, seasonal recruiting. (>800 hires in 3 months)
2. Own and optimize the technology, training, resources, and reporting of all recruiting activities
3. Develop innovative, sustainable strategies to attract and engage a pipeline of candidates to meet changing business needs in consideration of market-specific needs
4. Own the review, audit and updating of job descriptions for the organization and for current and new roles
5. Collaborate with People & Culture Team to ensure cohesive candidate experience, improve and drive employer brand strategy, and support people programs
Additional Responsibilities
6. Ensure hiring policies, practices and processes are executed and in full compliance with both local and company regulatory standards
7. Provide ATS and HRIS support to hiring managers and applicants as needed
8. Manage contract recruiters as needed throughout the season
9. Oversee and manage recruitment budgets and funds allocation
10. Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Qualifications/Skill Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must pass a satisfactory background check
Able and willing to work in an in-person work environment 4-5 days per week
Strong ability and skill set using and managing the ATS of record recruiting module and teaching hiring managers of its capabilities.
Extremely flexible, adaptable, and able to adjust to business needs while maintaining priorities and goal achievement
Outgoing personality with a history of working with diverse groups of stakeholders including community-based organization representatives, colleges, universities, community leaders, and internal staff at all levels of the organization.
Able to work with, quickly build rapport and influence people at all levels across the organization and in the community.
Internal recruitment experience within a multi-location organization
Must be a self-starter and results driven go-getter.
Strong oral and written communication skills, presentation and collaboration skills.
Comfortable negotiating, influencing others and solving problems independently.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition management in a high volume/seasonal workforce
Proven record of accomplishment in sourcing and placing top talent, building pipelines and effectively developing relationships with hiring managers
Experience in managing large volume recruitment and onboarding with a high attention to candidate care, attention to detail, accuracy and follow-up. (95+ open requisitions)
History of implementing organic strategies toward meeting hiring and financial goals while efficiently converting quality candidates
Paycom ATS experience is a plus
Education
High School diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, human resources or related discipline with minimum 5 years of direct recruitment experience required.
Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
Able to complete job tasks while stationary for extended periods of time
Able to walk/Move inside or outside for more than 6 hours per day if required (I.e., job fairs)
Able to move up to 20 lbs.
Moderate noise and other potential sensory stimulants (i.e., business office with computers, phone, and printers, music, and light foot traffic)
Able to complete work tasks while viewing a computer screen for extended periods of times
