The TelevisaUnivision Client Success team seeks an experienced and motivated marketing manager to work closely with internal business development teams to help drive revenue across key clients in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare categories. Marketing strategy knowledge across multiple categories and audiences will allow the ideal candidate to develop winning strategies for clients. The goal of the position is to help capture TelevisaUnivision’s fair share of advertising spend by delivering strategic solutions supported by TelevisaUnivision’s vast solution capabilities and extensive media portfolio.
As a senior manager, you will contribute to the development of strategic plans, support the RFP process, own the ongoing research, and help build actionable solutions that yield successful go-to-market activations for clients.
YOUR DAY-DAY:

Supports and helps build client solutions that successfully convert new clients and help retain existing clients

Find Hispanic consumer insights and research resources to build a compelling business case for the target brand.

Support and engage broad internal teams and category leads to build business case showcasing the opportunity of Hispanic consumers.

Communicate extensively with internal stakeholders, including sales leaders; lead internal meetings and offer responses to internal requests

Learns and leverages all media channels and engagement capabilities within TelevisaUnivision

Stay on top of industry trends and market intelligence on prospect accounts

Deliver communication and analysis externally at client level

Independently lead internal meetings with senior stakeholders and will be more involved in the strategic planning process to support VP, Client Success in building the category vertical strategy

Use judgement and critical thinking in developing client success and business case with limited information or direction

On occasion will coach manager level employees on process and serve as a resource expert to manager level staff

Will participate in setting of long-term goals and objectives
YOU HAVE:
-
Bachelor’s Degree required and a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience

Minimum of 2 years domain expertise working directly within the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare category

External client engagement skills and experience

Experience leveraging data and insights to translate and create a compelling business case for a client

Creative and compelling storyteller with exceptional collaboration and teamwork skills

Excellent communication skills including presentation

Must bring unique strengths in Agency Strategic planning experience

Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Must be willing to work from an office in New York City, Miami or Chicago

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position. Base pay Range $110k-140k+ benefits
