We are hiring a Payroll Contracts Administrator for a key client of ours in the utilities industry. This is a full-time and 100% remote role. Candidates should be from EST or CST zone.
Responsibilities:Support the prevailing wage reporting process of the organization by:
- Checking that qualified work completed at the nuclear site has been reported by the respective contractors in a third-party on-line system.
- Reconcile contractor reported payrolls in the system to a site report of completed work.
- Contact contractors to address reporting discrepancies including late reports, missing data, and non-compliant wages.
- Contact contractors to determine whether on-site work should be reported in the system.
- Provide periodic reports regarding contractor compliance with prevailing wage requirements.
- Other payroll or human resources administrative duties as needed to support the process.
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, accounting, or any related field.
- Experience with payroll and resolving timecards and payroll issues, also billing contractors, in a large manufacturing setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $42.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
