Job Duties
- Coordinates appointments and schedules and manages staff calendars.
- general office operations and gives reports to the management.
- Manages filing systems and office supplies, maintains IT infrastructure and keeps inventory of orders.
- Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.
- Works with the Human Resources team to update office policies and onboard new hires.
- Oversees guest experience, sorts mail and answers direct phone calls.
- Plans all in-house or off-site activities of the organization.
Qualifications for Office Manager
- 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
- Must be a self-starter and driven
- Flexibility to help them adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, excel, QuickBooks.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
