Overview of Position:
Seeking a marketing coordinator with strong organization and administrative skills with high attention to detail and a true spirit of serving others. He/she will thrive in a fast-paced environment with a wide variety of marketing and communications projects. The ideal person has high standards and works well with a variety of internal clients, loves solving problem and is good at managing multiple simultaneous projects. He or she is a quick learner who empathizes with and supports a diverse group of stakeholders. They thrive in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Meetings and Task Support. Direct incoming requests to proper team members for project assignment and help ensure proper tracking and follow up.

Invoice/Budget management

BD visual proposal support (design vendor and print vendor coordination for covers/graphics/ppts/etc.) – coordination with external resources

Stocking and distribution of fulfilment items from warehouse (Trade show supplies, promotional items); Oversight of MarCom inventory (literature, premiums, bannerstands, booths)

Photo and video platform management and archive (adding, tagging, archiving library of images in our MarCom platform.

Press/Media + Social monitoring; Daily and Weekly Reports – media and social + alerts and ad hoc searches; Schedule monthly team reviews

Run google analytic reports for websites; schedule monthly team review

Monitor, track and respond to inquiries made via the corporate website or phone lines; Schedule quarterly team reviews

Supports other team initiatives as required
Other duties as required.
Education, Licensing, and Certifications:
Education: College, university, or equivalent degree in marketing, communications or a related subject required
Education Preferred:
Experience:
Field and years of experience required: 1-3 years relevant work experience.
Experience preferred:
Skills and Knowledge:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Excellent written and oral communications skills

Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva preferred
Skills and Knowledge Preferred:
Travel requirement outside of immediate area (as a percent) <10%
