Under general supervision, provides high-level administrative and executive support, greets visitors, answers phones for a property management firm.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Ability to provide a superb customer experience both on the phone and in-person, incredible organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ability to work well under pressure, self-motivation, and self-direction, time management skills to prioritize and complete a variety of tasks throughout the day, ability to work with/without direct supervision and a can-do attitude.
SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
Administrative
- Answers telephone in a professional and pleasant manner, screens call and directs callers to appropriate person and/or extension.
- Greets visitors in a professional and pleasant manner.
- Sets up and arranges meetings as assigned.
- Maintains Property Management files, reports, and related communications.
- Assist with responding to lease leads.
Office Manager/ Miscellaneous
- Maintains inventory of office supplies and manages fulfillment.
- Assists with various human resources and operations projects as assigned.
- Special projects as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to facilitate vacuuming, moving office furniture & lifting of supplies as needed.
Experience:
One year of administrative experience is required.
Education:
Two years of college preferred.
