The Registration Specialist is responsible for focusing on the administrative aspects of registering our customers' vehicles, to include checking documents and completing the administrative processes to ensure the smooth transition of vehicle ownership from Carvana to our customer. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Registration Specialists play a critical role in the customer's car buying journey and spend a majority of their day balancing efficiency and accuracy reviewing paperwork as part of registering our customers' vehicles. The individual we are looking for has exceptional problem solving skills, attention to detail and is passionate about creating a seamless car buying experience for our customers. Responsibilities
- Process, finalize and mail out customer registration.
- Review customer registration packets for accuracy and completeness in a timely and efficient manner.
- Interacting with state and county government licensing departments, through a variety of communication channels.
- Update customer records to ensure the most up to date information is available in our systems.
- Interact with team members across various lines of the business.
- Assist Advocates and other employees with customer follow-up.
- Input, cross-reference, and retrieve data from multiple internal and external databases.
- Maintain detailed notes within a customer tracking system.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1+ years experience in an administrative or data entry capacity.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.
- Ability to manage, organize, and reconcile multiple sources of information with accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Attention to detail.
- Regular, consistent attendance in office (no remote work allowed).
- Ability to perform the job safely.
- Ability to occasionally pull and lift up to 50 lbs.
This position Carvana is fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing. Our work hours may flex up during busy months (Tax Season/Black Friday) and flex down at certain times of year due to business needs. Depending on call volume, overtime may be required. Scheduling for this position is M-F with Saturday availability needed based on business need.
