We are the experts. We know sports and fitness. It’s what we do. So, when an expert is needed, we are the resource. We help minimize the chaos of construction and give clients access to work directly with the hands creating the product. Either as athletes or as designers, we’ve seen just about every type of space, so we bring an added level of insurance to every project. We offer an improved, streamlined, and modern process. Start to finish. We stand behind our products and we win with our service.

This person will be an internal leader of the company charged with wearing a multitude of hats that a growing manufacturing firm will require. This role will work closely with other business unit leaders and external clients. We aim to onboard this role quickly so they can be an integral part of company-wide decision-making regarding ERP/Systems integration, software advanced training, SOPs, and continuing to build the foundation of Grid's culture.
This role will be ever-changing and will require the candidate to be flexible and open-minded.

Differentiation:
· Technology: We will be using best-in-class systems. It will be paramount and an expectation that your department fully operates within the systems created allowing Grid to scale and be as efficient as possible. You will be charged to master these technologies and then replicate your knowledge to new hires as we grow. At the core of our DNA, all team members (Sales, Support and Construction) must buy into the process. Grid is being built from the ground up with a foundation that will cultivate a winning culture.
· We are building a brand. This will be backed up by the culture we create and visually by the systematic branding we employ. From our website to our apparel, down to our packaging… we will have premium branding that all our team members will want to share.
· Relationship Driven: While profitability is an important tangible figure to drive a lot of decisions, we will not let it be the only factor. We will strive to balance our fiduciary responsibility with the goodwill of our internal team members, external customers, and our local community.
· Experience the Process: All members of Grid (sales, front office, installers) will experience roles outside of what they are hired for. Sales/Support/Management will all spend time in the installation process to understand how our products are presented to the end-user.
