Job Title: Front Office Assistant (Part-Time)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our office operations. This position requires a reliable individual with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Start of Care C Books Management:
Stamping and making packets for Start of Care books.
Ensuring that all Start of Care books are properly prepared and up-to-date.
Supplies Management:
Putting away supplies in both the office and supply room.
Maintaining an organized and tidy supply area.
Order Preparation:
Assembling supply orders for delivery.
Ensuring that all orders are accurately packed and ready for dispatch.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in an office setting preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Medically Supply experience
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position requiring 24 hours per week, specifically on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
The role is primarily based in an office environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
