Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, repairing and replacing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventive maintenance.
- Fabricate and install new equipment or parts as needed.
- Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of other maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the maintenance team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of various tools and equipment.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Leadership skills to supervise and coordinate the work of others.
