**Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Scheduling service calls and dispatching service technicians
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into our computer systems
- Collaborate with other customer service representatives to ensure seamless support
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Proficiency in scheduling software
- Experience with fleet management
- Ability to analyze customer data and make informed decisions
