We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to direct and monitor the flow of projects and resources handled by the Marketing Department. The marketing operations coordinator’s responsibilities include receiving and allocating all the requests submitted to the marketing department, collecting all information necessary to complete each task, tracking and disseminating task-related information to the marketing team, creating schedules for the timely delivery of projects and materials, and identifying potential issues that may disrupt work schedules. The marketing operations coordinator should also be able to prepare accurate KPI reports for upper management. Traffic coordinator will report to the Senior Marketing Manager.
Success Factors for Position:
To be successful as a marketing operations coordinator, the candidate should have a background in project management, superior organization skills, and solid working knowledge of project management software (Monday.com, Asana, Workforce, or similar.) Ultimately, an exceptional marketing operations coordinator should be adept at developing solutions for workflow delays.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receiving, allocating, and tracking the marketing team’s ongoing projects.
- Handling communication and customer service for the requestors.
- Identifying opportunities to adjust and revise work processes in order to increase efficiency.
- Conducting daily meetings to ensure that staff is aware of and managing deadlines.
- Preparing daily priority lists, weekly project status reports and project budgets.
- Regularly tracking and updating project statuses.
- Developing work schedules for various departments to ensure that projects and processes are on schedule.
- Communicating potential problems to project teams and recommending solutions.
- Create agendas and run project team calls on weekly meetings.
- Creating timelines, instructions, and breakdowns for future projects.
- Informing project teams of any updates and changes as and when they occur.
- Monitor and respond to our project and general marketing email account.
- Maintaining & updating the Marketing resources page.
- Drafting and maintaining project creative briefs.
- Setting up calls/meetings with team and stakeholders, taking notes, following up on action items
- Updating and tracking key performance indicators (KPI’s) for projects, weekly, monthly and yearly
- Special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
- Sound knowledge of Monday.com project management software.
- Proven experience developing schedules and timelines for projects.
- Project management certification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- The ability to multitask.
- The ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for hiring in US is $25/hr-$30/hr DOE.
