LaRose Industries d/b/a Cra-Z-Art, a Stationery, Activities and Arts & Crafts manufacturer located in Randolph, NJ is seeking an experienced Product Manager in designing arts & crafts.
Job responsibilities will cover entire development process, including but not limited to:
Concept, design, market research, packaging, costing, sourcing, development of bill of materials, and quality assurance.
Requirements:
- BA/BS in Marketing or equivalent work experience.
-Minimum 3 years’ of working experience in developing arts & crafts.
- Consumer product experience.
-Licensed Products experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong presentation and public speaking skills
-Strong work ethics and organizational skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize and follow tight deadlines.
- Must be results oriented, pro active, creative and detail oriented.
