Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our real estate team in all aspects of the business. Ideally, the candidate has transaction coordinator experience and a CA Real Estate Salesperson License. We would consider a candidate that if not already licensed, is willing to obtain a CA Real Estate Salesperson License provided they have a strong understanding of real estate processes and excellent organizational skills. The position is full time with an hourly rate plus commission on each transaction. All in potential earnings 80k +.

Duties include:
- Assist with property listings, marketing materials, and client communications
- Create listing presentations
- Conduct research on comparables to prepare market analysis
- Write property descriptions
- Enter & maintain listings in MLS
- Manage paperwork and documentation for real estate transactions
- Coordinate escrows
- Coordinate inspections and vendor meetings at properties
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
- Provide administrative office support
- Maintain files
- Update website
- Send marketing emails
- Create social media content

Qualifications:
Degree Preferred
CA Real Estate Salesperson license preferred
Previous experience in real estate administrative roles preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficient in using office software including Google, DocuSign, Dropbox, MLS platforms, Zipforms
