Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Sales Engineer with a strong background in full-stack development and automated quality testing. This position will be responsible for the implementation of tools with APIs and third-party plugins, do product demonstrations, and educate customers (from developers to product managers to C-level executives). Our ideal candidate must be able to empathize with customers and quickly discern their true technical requirements by asking detailed and clarifying questions and presenting solutions that target their business objectives. They will have the rare combination of technical savviness and business insight and are seeking a career where they can utilize both. This is a full-time 100% remote position with 10% travel. US Citizenship or Permanent Residency (Green Card) is required.

Primary Responsibilities
- Write front-end integration code specifically with React / JavaScript, must know CI/CD, JavaScript
- Support the sales team in helping customers understand what they can achieve with our client’s product offerings.
- integrating code changes frequently, running automated tests, and deploying code to production quickly and consistently.
- Lead the delivery of proof-of-concepts for customers that have more complex use cases, collaborating with other engineering teams as needed.
- Help our customers integrate our tools post-Sale or recommend creative solutions where implementation is required.
- Craft technical content to show customers how to implement specific use cases or standard methodologies for new technologies.
- Prepare demos to demonstrate various use cases.
- Distill and communicate customer needs and product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing and Sales
- Help customers understand the value of our products and solutions offerings as they develop and grow their accessibility programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or a comparable field is preferred
- 7+ years’ experience in a customer-interfacing Solutions / Sales Engineer role
- 5+ years’ experience in software development or implementation role Full-Stack Developer
- Front-End (JavaScript, HTML, frontend frameworks React, Angular, Django) development,
- Backend (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby) development.
- Hands-on experience with QA Automation Testing with automated testing technologies such as Selenium, WebDriver
- Good understanding of CI/CD software development practice - Integrating code changes frequently, running automated tests, and deploying code to production quickly and consistently.
- Prior experience with Mobile development is a plus (Swift, Java, React Native, Flutter)
- Elite commercial grade communication skills
- Travel 10-25%, once a qtr or less. Be able to do presentations via ZOOM
- Be able to write justifications and ROI, strong presentation skills.
Compensation: $125k to $175k annual, base/bonus
