Our company is a 24 year old company in the LED Display industry and the owner has over 70 US patents that have revolutionized the LED Display industry. In this role, you'll be at the forefront, driving sales targets for our cutting-edge hardware technology both independently and collaboratively with partners. Your exceptional communication skills will be pivotal in engaging stakeholders across the organization, utilizing a blend of knowledge, experience, data, and intuition to make strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing strategic direction to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate markets and meet ambitious targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments through in-depth research and analysis.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in sales, with extensive experience in the LED Display B to B industry and preferably sales management experience.
- Proven leadership abilities to guide and motivate teams.
- Track record of successful go-to-market strategies and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
