Overview:
Warehouse Management System (WMS) Lead
Supply Chain & Operations vertical plays a critical role in accelerating PepsiCo’s sustainable growth by driving strategic choices, delivering breakthrough enterprise capabilities, optimizing service delivery excellence and executing end-to-end transformations. Supply Chain & Operations in S&T is central to business transformation, enabling the organization to be more efficient, digital, innovative, and sustainable.
Job purpose:
Play a critical role in optimizing operational efficiency, improving customer satisfaction, and driving overall business success through effective warehouse design and integration by developing strategic plans for warehouse and fulfillment center design aligned with business goals and objectives while Integrating warehouse operations seamlessly with overall business processes and supply chain strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute WMS strategy aligned with business goals.

Implementation: Support the deployment lead with the global rollout of WMS across
warehouse facilities. -
Process Standardization: Establish standardized workflows using WMS functionalities.

Training and Change Management: Develop training programs and facilitate change
initiatives. -
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize WMS performance and efficiency.

Continuous Improvement: Drive improvement initiatives based on data and feedback.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with WMS vendors and service providers.

Compliance and Security: Work with deployment lead to ensure WMS compliance and
implement cybersecurity measures. -
Budget Management: Develop the initial budgets for WMS implementation

Partner with Capability Teams to Design/Build/Deploy/Sustain Products

Partner with Global Function, Sectors and BUs to align and implement transformation
roadmaps -
Partner with key Customers, Global Capability Leads & Regional Leads to build a roadmap for service design and transitions

Make strategic decisions regarding transformation projects

Own Digital roadmaps

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected compensation range for this position is between $122,300 - $242,700 based on a full-time schedule.

Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.

Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.

Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Required

A minimum 10 years of Supply Chain / Logistics / Warehouse experience, preferably in a
multinational or global organization. Extensive experience with warehouse technologies is
crucial -
In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems and related technologies

Technical skills: Proficiency in various automation technologies used in Warehouse operations, such as robotic process automation, AI, and machine learning

Experience with a demonstrable record of delivering impactful results within large and
complex organizations through design and transformation -
Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives within Supply Chain / Warehouse, demonstrating the ability to drive change and innovation

Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
