Job Summary:
We are looking for a Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. A customer-oriented approach is essential. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Registration: Register and check in guests, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and recorded.
Provide Information: Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Manage Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
Handle Correspondence: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Administrative Support: Perform basic clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and faxing.
Office Supplies Management: Keep inventory of stock and order office supplies when needed.
Ensure Tidiness: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
