Purpose: The purpose is to make the Therapists (including Therapy Assistants) as productive as possible by accomplishing all the tasks that a Therapy Tech is legally allowed to perform. To assist the Therapists so that appointments go smoothly for both the Patient and Therapists. It is difficult to deliver high-quality care in a successful manner without a Therapy Tech. It is critical to the purpose of the practice. We can’t have a productive office without efficient Therapy Techs. Our intention is to expand and grow as a company. This makes it possible for career growth and opportunity.
This position will also assist the Front Desk Coordinators in the handling of their duties. The purpose of this role is to assist the front desk coordinator in ensuring that all patients are fully scheduled, the schedule is full and balanced, every phone call is answered and handled, ensure patients are greeted and welcomed at every visit.
A therapy technician does the following:

Enhances the Therapists efficiency

Ensures a safe, clean, and organized environment at all times

Ensures that everything a Therapists needs to provide treatment is ready, stocked, and available

Ensure we have happy patients who feel they have been heard

Any other duties as assigned
The Front Desk Coordinator Assistant does the following:

Covers Front Desk when the Front Desk Coordinator is unavailable
-
Provide backup coverage for answering phones
-
Assists with patient intake and checking-in patients to visits

Assists with data entry
-
Assists with ensuring all patients are fully scheduled
-
Assist with paperwork including scanning, faxing and filing
-
Any other administrative duties as assigned
