Event Marketing - Tradeshow Coordinator
Up to $65,000 plus full company-sponsored benefits
As Tradeshow Coordinator, you will:
- Join the Marketing Department
- Oversee tradeshow operations in North America, European and some Asian Markets
- Collaborate with domestic and international teams to support the planning and execution of tradeshows
- Plan tradeshow activities
- Administer budgetary processes for tradeshows
- Coordinate trade show logistics
- Facilitate shipping, receiving, inventory control, setup and inspection processes
- Communicate with vendors/suppliers by phone and email
- Lead pre and post-event marketing strategies and activities
- Collaborate with content specialists and graphic design teams
- Utilize the CRM to administer promotional campaigns
- Support the development of marketing promotions, literature and apparel
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team on shared projects
- Collaborate with the Sales Team on lead generation and sales support activities
- Research future tradeshow/exhibition opportunities
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- At least 3 years Marketing experience
With:
- Event / Tradeshow / Exhibition experience
- Sales Support experience
- CRM experience

And:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- The willingness and ability to travel domestically to 6 tradeshows per year
