FPGA Programmable Logic Engineer
Must be U.S. citizen due to U.S. Government contract requirements.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance. Active clearance preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Design and implement digital circuits using PLDs such as FPGAs and CPLDs
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
- Troubleshoot and debug hardware issues and provide timely solutions.
- Develop and execute test plans and procedures to verify functionality.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments related to PLDs.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve performance, reduce cost, and enhance functionality.
- Work collaboratively with other engineers to integrate hardware and software components.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve overall design quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital circuit designs using PLDs such as FPGAs and CPLDs.
- Experience with networking security protocols such as TCP / IP, SSL / TLS, IPSec, and or VPN technologies.
- Strong understanding of digital circuit design principles, including HDL programming (VHDL, Verilog).
- Proficient in using industry-standard design tools such as Quartus, Vivado, and ModelSim.
- Experience with high-speed communication protocols sch as PCLe, Ethernet, and USB.
- Familiarity with hardware debugging tools such as logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and JTAG.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a regulated industry such as aerospace, defense, or medical devices is a plus.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
