Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care and support to patients in various medical settings.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
-Delegate and supervise CNAs, CMTs, GNAs, AND PCAs.
- Do Home visits to client quarterly and PRN
- Skills check training to all CNAs, GNAs, CMTs, AND PCAs at time of hire and Annually.
- Document hospitalizations, educate , notify any changes in the status of a client.
- Routine quarterly visits to the homes of clients.
- Participate in Company's Quarterly in- house training of Staffs.
- Provide Daily report via email to the administrator
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license
- Previous experience in Hospital, Nursing Home, Home Care, or senior care is preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
- Ability to think critically
- Health coaching skills for patient education and support
- Compassionate attitude towards patients with developmental disabilities
