Requirements:
· BCBA certification
· Master’s degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior science, human development, social work or rehabilitation
· 1-year experience working as a behavior technician implementing ABA interventions with children with autism
· 1-year experience working as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism, as well as training parents and technicians on how to implement these interventions
· Knowledge and experience with DTT, NATS/NET, VB
· Experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, FBA
· Spanish speaking a Plus!
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with autism.
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to modify behaviors and improve social skills.
- Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
- Stay current with best practices in the field of behavior analysis and attend relevant training sessions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $82,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
