Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level support. The Executive Assistant will work on various tasks related to our Employment Department and the day-to-day needs of the firm’s partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage Partners’ calendars, correspondence, expense reimbursement reports, and travel arrangements
- Act as the point of contact between the Partners and internal/external parties
- Provide support and assistance to the Employment Department ensuring all deadlines are handled by the assigned attorney/paralegal
- Arrange meetings and provide reminders to team members
- Support the President of Langston Bar Association in managing monthly social events/meetings as requested
- Handle confidential and privileged information
- Other tasks as assigned
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Ability to manage high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Advanced planning and time management skills
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
