Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect and summarize timekeeping information.
- Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
- Data Entry into spreadsheets and payroll system
- Conduct clerical duties such as filing, scanning etc
- Participate and support payroll projects
- Review incoming mails and respond to agency notices
- Maintaining and updating employee records on payroll system and master files.
- Keep track of pay periods, wages salaries and PTO
- Ensuring Compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Maintaining physical and electronically payroll records.
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualification:
- Excellent data entry skill
- 2 years experience in payroll
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skill
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi task efficiently
- Experience with ADP
- Bilingual- English and Spanish
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
