SOAR Autism Center is looking for caring and enthusiastic behavior technicians to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism. Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing Behavior Intervention Plans and skill acquisition goals designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We are currently hiring for part-time (less than 20 hour/week) and full-time (20-35 hours/week) positions across Oakland County. Main schedule:
Monday through Thursday 12pm-7pm and Fridays 9am-3pm
Responsibilities Include:
- provide quality 1:1 instruction to children with ASD in communication, social, play, and independent living skills
- record daily data to reflect client progress toward goals
- maintain objective daily session notes
- maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Associate's or Bachelor's strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Registered Behavior Technician strongly preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
