We are looking to hire a receptionist with the incentive to move up to run our service department. We are looking for someone who would like to grow with our business. Please see the below scope of work for each position:
Starting @ Receptionist:
- Manage office supplies, answer phones, take call notes, keep tiddy (we have a maid that comes every 2 weeks- this mainly consists of keeping water stocked in fridge and taking out trash), calling on past due statements, taking payments, etc.
Scope of work (if moved up to manage service dept.):
- When moved to this position you would be responsible for retaining the part names, functions, etc. of a water well so that you can distinguish what type of quote is needed, etc.
- Writing up work orders and dispatching technicians
- Quoting water well service jobs
- Calling on clients who have called into our answering dept. after hours
- Answering phones, taking payments, calling on past due statements, manage office supplies
- Responsible for keeping up with PO #'s and clients information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
