THE JOB:
The Housekeeping Floor Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of assigned floors to ensure the overall cleanliness of property rooms. You will be able to lead and mentor a team and have effective interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Supervising staff: Hiring, training, scheduling, and managing housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
Inspecting facilities: Conducting regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
Inventory management: Ordering and maintaining supplies such as cleaning products, linens, and amenities.
Quality control: Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service are maintained throughout the facility.
Guest or client relations: Addressing complaints or concerns promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Reporting: Keeping records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and inventory levels, and providing regular reports to management.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience.
2 years of experience in a housekeeping department.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT:

Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
Proficiency in technology and computer software.
