CSO is seeking a Clubhouse Staff Associate to join us at the Green River House in Greenfield.
Green River House is a vocational, educational and rehabilitation program for individuals living with mental health challenges, based upon the "Fountain House" model.
You Will:
- Coordinate a Clubhouse work unit.
- Provide program coverage as assigned.
- Perform supportive services to provide personal, educational and job skills training.
- Complete work interest evaluations plans.
- Provide support and follow-up for program members.
- Act as liaison with the Department of Mental Health and other agencies involved with member’s goals/recovery.
- Participate in treatment planning, team meeting, in-services and other relevant meetings.
- Consult with clinical/ crisis staff.
- Plan and facilitate vocational and recreational activities on a rotating schedule.
- Assure maintenance of the clubhouse facility.
Your Background:
- Two years of experience in mental health program
- The ability to handle situations in a professional manner at all times with clientele, staff, and external sources.
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Previous direct care experience in human services, ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with members and staff.
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, (English/Spanish speaking.)
