We are looking for a driven Social Media Coordinator to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and network users. Your role is to implement online marketing strategies through social media platforms. If you are a tech-savvy professional with an interest in communicating with clients through online channels, we would like to meet you. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more patients and promote our brand. Ultimately, you should be able to increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.

Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification

Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content

Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community

Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules

Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information

Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions

Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness

Suggest new ways to attract prospective patients, like promotions and competitions
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
-
BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
-
1-3 years experience with B2C social media marketing or content development
-
Direct experience using CRM and marketing software preferred (HubSpot)

Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
-
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools a plus
-
Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools

Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
-
Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space
-
Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

Fluent in Spanish
