Responsibilities:
As a BCaBA you will provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) services under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Supervise implementation and integrity of client treatment plans by the direct care team
- Supervision includes, but is not limited to: administering or supervising assessments and observations, collecting data, charting progress, and providing parent training
- Provide feedback and training to BT staff, interns, mid-level supervisors, and parents
- Provides RBT competency assessments and RBT supervision within BACB requirements
Requirements:
- Board certification as a BCaBA
- Pass the BCaBA® Certification Examination
- Enrollment in a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
- Experience working with clients with developmental needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must pass a criminal background check (Livescan DOJ & FBI)
- Current TB clearance
- Located in California
