What you'll be doing
The HR Generalist plays a critical role in supporting the human resources function within the organization. This position involves a wide range of responsibilities related to employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, administration of day-to-day operations, and HR policies and reports to the VP of HR.

Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.

Assist in maintaining a positive work environment.

Administrative functions related to all employee benefits programs to include enrollment, change reporting, invoice reconciliation
- Maintain company organizational charts

Manage Harassment Training Program

Monitor PTO and Accrual Processing

Update and create HR related forms as needed

Maintain payroll records

Assist with execution and tracking of performance management system

Administer the Service Award and Recognition Programs

Manage Employee and Job Referral Programs

Other duties, as assigned, on an as needed basis

What skills & experience you'll bring to us

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equal experience
- 2-4 years of experience in HR roles (generalist or specialist).

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
